The Beautiful Isle Of Tiree
In Myrtle Cottage we lived for a week,
The birds and creatures we came to seek,
Were all here waiting to be found,
On the beautiful Isle of Tiree.
At Myrtle Cottage we saw seals,
We saw sharks and dolphins too,
With hares abound,
And the wonderfull sounds,
On the beautiful Isle of Tiree.
At Myrtle Cottage we scoured the beach,
At Hynish and Skarinish too,
We found treasures galore,
And much much more,
On the beatiful Isle of Tiree.
At Myrtle cottage we had a good time,
The sun shone and the otters played,
With turquoise seas and lazy days,
On the beautiful Isle of Tiree.
At Myrtle Cottage its a magical place,
We had a wonderfull stay,
We'll come back again to live for more time,
On the beautiful Isle of Tiree.

'Thank you very much for the use fo Stevie's cottage last week. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The cottage was beautiful, well equiped with everything we needed and, most importantly, its location was just fantastic. We loved tumbling out of the cottage straight onto a glorious beach and never got bored with the view, as the changing weather and the light, produced some amazing colours in the landscape. We watched otters play on the rocks from our doorstep; seals swam in the bay; and not only did I see a famously elusive corncrake, I actually gor a picture of one! It's a great spot! We have friends who own a holiday cottage at Balephetrish and they were most impressed when they came to see us. ......We had a great holiday. Thank you once again.' We have just returned from a very relaxing week in Mackays cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and had some terrific views out to sea especially when the surf was up. It was also delightful to watch the young lambs and calves playing in the fields. We very much enjoyed the friendly atmosphere on the island and all the various craft shops dotted around but particularly enjoyed the beautifull beaches.....(
