Balephuil Bay Tiree has a magnificient one mile long sandy beach which is only a short walk away .

The large windows to the front have a lovely view towards the sea and with good visibility Skerryvore lighthouse, 12 miles distant can be seen.
There is a small enclosed garden with picnic table and bench for use on sunny days. |

Living area accommodation - the comfortable living area includes a smart tv and dvd player. There is also a bluetooth speaker for playing music. The futon converts to a small double bed. |

Sleeping accommodation - There is a small bedroom with two single beds. The sofa in the living area also converts into a double bed if necessary. |

Self catering kitchen area -. There are modern kitchen units and worktop. There is a slot in cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher .
